SCARS. Nothing distinct. Has the general scarring of a child who played rough.


APPEARANCE. Fallen could be described as tall, slim and regal. She inherited her father's long limbs, strong haunches, and long ears, but she lacks the heavy mane and the strange eyes that were gifted to her brother. Instead she has her mother's small hooves, thin regality, fine points, and graceful femininity that has a tendency to border on distracting. With a strong back and artfully dished face, this female could be described as pretty, and even beautiful, on her worst of days. Not to brag, of course, but she challenges even the infamous beauty of Aphrodite herself without effort.

Keeping this ease of appeal in mind, Fallen holds herself in a gentle, calm manner with her head level with her body and her tail often the same way. Her personality is obvious by the very essence of her kindred spirit and lovely eyes. Despite standing at an impressive sixteen hands at the whither, Fallen's form expresses the delicacy of a feminine nature and emotion.

• She is prone to regular sickness during the winter months, but nothing fatal has yet to effect her, neither contagious. The simple sneezing, coughing, itching, burning sensations of the nose and eyes. A winter cold, if you will.

PERSONALITY. Overall, Sangre Caído is a quiet soul, wishing desperately to be noticed in a world full of far more worthy people. Though she loves to be talked with, she is generally a shy person and tries to avoid being the first to start the conversation. She loathes being the center of attention, something she never was growing up, and finds it often hard to initiate a chat. Nonetheless, once the ice is broken, she proves to be a fiercely loyal ally and a bitter enemy.

To outsiders, she is a very black-and-white character, with an endless amount of patience for any and everyone. She spent all her time with her little brother Inuakamori, so that coupled with her nieces and nephews, she learned that patience was the key right off the bat. In a way, Sangre is elderly mature. She can cope with everyday life if she absolutely had to, but she prefers to hide from her problems with the hope that everything will be alright if she forgets about it. She can function on her own self-sustained "automatic pilot" when need be.

However, she is fiercely intelligent and amazingly perceptive. She is often capable of a great amount of manipulation, but her kindred sort of calm keeps her from devastating those she comes in contact with. She doesn't especially enjoy taking advantage of others. She is never arrogant, although it can appear so through her sense of humor, which rarely presents itself to the outside world.

Sangre is always calm and collected, cool under pressure. Most often this is because she knows that if a situation goes wrong she can haul herself out of it. Under pressure she has the ability to solve a problem quickly and with the best possible outcome, made possible by her intellect. This is also the case as she is not a very outwardly expressive individual, exclamations and tantrums and other such things are very out-of-character for her. I suppose it is also right to point out that she is easily capable of ripping another individual apart with her word play.


HISTORY. The story began when the Gray met the Red, as it were. Chryses Aertos, with his charismatic intelligence and his flirtatious smile, was a simple Guardian to the previous leader of Aeolus. He guarded the herd with all the loyalty and nobility he could muster, and eventually he caught the eye of a gentle soul with kind eyes. Skye Anelo, with her lovely golden eyes and her tender words, was a talented Medic that had discovered her knack for healing in her early childhood. Fate had it in store when an Elder fell ill, and Skye was out of a particular herb she needed for the healing. All the other Warriors were already busy and out in the territory, so Aertos offered to take Skye to the herb she needed. The two had already begun to get to know each other and become friends before this particular instance, but when Skye twisted her ankle somewhat severely, Aertos took it upon himself to pull the small female across his shoulders and pluck his way carefully back to camp after completing the search for the necessary herb. Skye, since that day, fell in love with Aertos, and the two eventually bonded and bred.

Which brings us to their only children. Keagan, Kayne, and the "lost one" Killian. Breathless, Beloved, and Loveless. The three were inseparable for the majority of their lives, adored by their parents and accepted into the rest of their pack, the Aeolus. Within their first year, the yearlings discovered a cowardly little female by the name of Sangre Caído in the Aeolus forest, and they took her back to their mother. Skye Anelo knew not what to think of it, but graciously accepted the pretty fawn into their family with the praise of the Aeolus leader. They allowed her a home and family. Sangre Caído was given her English name (Fallen Blood) and was taught the language as well by her new siblings. She cannot recall what happened to her own mother, only that there was fire and ash and walls of smoke.. Skye Anelo was her new mother now, though, and she grew to love the beautiful red wolf.

Only two measly years into their life, though, and Skye Anelo was snatched from her family by a passing snowstorm. Sickened and with Chryses unable to find the herb needed for healing her, Skye died with her family surrounding her. Devastated, Aertos bid his children good-bye and fled the herd, his heartbreak too severe to recover from. Killian followed his father, determined to protect him at all costs. Keagan and Kayne stayed with the Aeolus while Sangre Caído fled as well, finding her way to find peace once again.

Height: 14 hh.
Weight: 980 lbs.
Build: Zinn's body is built like any normal zebra, strong, muscled with large shoulder muscles and powerful legs, and a medium sized build. Long legs that are filled with muscle; that makes them look very strong, and wonderful for running long distances..
Coat: His Coat is like any zebra's, with an acception: Zinn is albino, his stripes instead of black are a light brown color that almost blends in with the white.
Mane/Tail: A mixture of light browns and whites.
Eyes: Dark blackish brown.. --somewhat blind--
Scars: A thin scar crosses over his left ear, and a thick scar across his breast plate.


Appearance: Zinn's appearance is almost frightening to begin with. His white and light brown coat is not common in zebras, and tends to make others give him a double take. Zinn has a large head, which is littered with light brown stripes and freckle like dots around his eyes. His body is sturdy and strong. His coat is freckled with brown dots near his face, eyes, and ankles. His mane is a micture of white and brown. Zinn has a small wirey tail made of both brown and white hair.

Personality: Zinn has a very professional demeanor about him, he tends to be --always-- politically correct around others. He often feels as if he has little time let loose. Zinn is a proud zebra and tends to have inner pride in the worst of situations. Zinn often puts his trust into others that should not be trusted, but Zinn can be very soft and tends to want to see good in others.


History:
Zinn was born to normal zebras with the classic white and black coat. His past relatives had the gene of albino in them, that surfaced when Zinn was born. Zinn spent his life learning on how to become a proactive member of the equine land, doing his best to give back to his community by serving his Leader as a noble citezen. Zinn grew up as a young and vibrant zebra, his speed and agile movements drove him to often sending messages as a child to and from herds. Zinn was often running, even when he did not need to or have any idea where he was going. This zebra, even though he was born different strived to give back to his kingdom, no matter what. This zebra, although half blind, had an extreme sense of smell and hearing. His ears are very well adapted to work well with limited vision, and tend to work as his 'eyes'. His sense of smell is also very strong and often keeps him going in the right direction.

Appearance: Paradox is, undoubtedly, a fine young stallion. His looks are often enough to make a girl look twice and to make another male envious. His sleek, short coat is smooth and attractive in color, the black based golden hairs able to catch the light and send a sleek look over the stallion. Though tall his chest is broad and legs strong. Long bodied with a good, strong back, and handsome hindquarters, the only thing left to tell is his long, silken blck tresses and startling green eyes.

Personality: Paradox is a a confused young horse whose dedication to making his deceased father proud is contested by his unwanted desire to do the one thing that would disgust him. Loyal, charming, dedicated and compassionate, Paradox is everthing a mare could ask for in a young bronc, but that's where the problem lies- Paradox doesn't like females. Torn and horrified by his own discovery of this, he is constantly trying to change who he is by exposing himself to relationships with multiple females. Though he is attentive and caring toward each one, none truly gives him that spark. With a playful but tough exterior, Paradox is both a fine warrior and a good friend. Though generally good natured, he is not above losing his temper, and can get very defensive about things that he's sensitive to. Though typically a rough and tumble kind of guy, Paradox is constantly at war with himself, and being so young just adds to the pressure.


History: Paradox was born to a warrior and a mare. His father, who his mother would often tell him stories about, died before he was born. His childhood was filled with stories of his valliant father who served the King Equine, and he always wanted to be like that.When he turned one his mother died and he was left alone, but he had his best friend, a filla, and her mother took care of him. As they grew up together the mare always assumed they would become mates, but Paradox never made a move. When he was 2 he noticed he wasn't like the other males. Mares swooned over him and he, though flattered, was never taken with them. It was when a younger stallion of 2 befriended him that he had his first childhood crush. They did everything together, told one another everything, and were so comfortable together in their innocent youth. And then he was killed by a cat. Paradox was horrified to lose him, and lives with that constant misery in the back of his mind. Realizing that his feelings toward his friend were not normal, he now drowns himself in females in hopes that it will dull his pain and make him normal.

I checked in the rules because some sites don't allow you to play characters that are attracted to the same gender (don't know why, it's a good plot theme- troubled youth has to deal with being different in a world of expectation)

I based him off of my character from another site, I just changed up his name and a few things in his personality.Do I have to wait until the contest is over to RP him?

@ Fiana - A few things;
-With those markings, as pictured, she would need to start of as a regular bay/chestnut horse, and you would purchase the Marking Brush from the shoppe to achieve that pattern, since it is unnatural.
-She needs "Species" filled out.
-You need to create a new account for her--one character per account.

To answer your questions;
You have to wait for the character to be accepted to roleplay.
All of these *wonderful* characters WILL be used in IC roleplay.
After the contest is over, you may copy and paste the profile you've submitted into an application, where it will be treated like any other new character. Once it's accepted from there, you may roleplay as them.
