Breed: Dutch Warmblood


Height: 17.1 hh

Weight: 1150 lbs.

Build: Though leaning more towards a long legged lanky type, she has a powerful frame, with well muscled shoulders and hindquarters, fairly large withers and a good medium length neck. She has an almost Thoroughbred wide girth, and a straight neck, lacking no muscle, though her right hind leg turns out slightly.

Coat: bay

Mane/Tail: black

Eyes: green/brown

Appearance: She generally keeps herself well groomed, though in the winter her coat is generally quite a few different colors of tans and dark browns. In the spring and summer, her coat sheds to a lovely glossy bright bay. She has a stripe and a star, long powerful legs, and a muscular body. She is slightly less bulky than many Warmbloods her size, and leans slightly towards a Thoroughbred type, but she still has the wide chest and powerful hindquarters showing the burly build of a Warmblood.

Personality: Windsor is a hard egg to crack. She's not had the worlds most simple life, and she's a battered soul with a hard shell. It is very difficult to get her to soften up, and she is always on her toes. She doesn't care much if you spill out her problems to you, or if you say what's on your mind. She won't say what's on hers. She completely trusts only herself and those whom she's known for a very long time. She likes to spend time on her own, but always finds it nice to have one or two companions here and there. She's not mean spirited, and she'll warm up to you if you're a tactful type, but she will not act aggressively or be rude unless provoked. She does have a bit of sarcasm-itis though, but it's not always easy to detect.

It all really boils down to the fact that she's a big girl, and she can take care of herself.



History: Not horrible, not great. She had a nice childhood, but when she was out one day with her friend at two years old, her friend was ambushed by a cougar despite Windsor's desperate attempt to get back to her friend and warn her when the scent came up, but she was too late. However, she was able to chase off the cougar. She hasn't quite lived the same since, she prefers to be on her own, as she had a hard time forgiving herself, but that being the highlight of her life so far, she's calmed down quite a bit, and though she still hasn't quite forgiven herself, she lives a pretty happy life for the most part.

Great bio, only one problem.

I don't really consider "Warmblood" to be a type of build. Perhaps change it to something like lean, lanky, brawny, etc...
